Limited to the size of a minor dwelling this home was designed to maximise every square metre.  The essence of the existing bach was to be maintained and mimicked in the minor unit.  Similar materials were used so they worked harmoniously together.

 

The main dwelling on the site has unobstructed views of the sea whereas the minor dwelling looks back over the vineyard.  The layout maximises these views with it’s simple design creating an unforgettable experience.  Sitting to the front left of the site it has it’s own courtyard and access whilst maintaining separation and privacy from the main house.  Storage under the dwelling allows for all the beach toys to be hidden away and well thought out landscaping connects the dwelling with a seamless flow to rest of the property.
