Coastal Red Beach

Nestled above the cliff on the south side of the Estuary this home has an impressive view to the north over Orewa.  The client had a fair idea of their requirements and we assisted with bringing their vision to reality.  As you can see by the 'Before' photo it was a solid overhaul of the 'old' which included a full re-clad and covered decking area to the north.  The outcome was a modern dwelling with crisp clean lines.
