Located in Queenstown with a stunning backdrop of Lake Whakatipu, this 5 car garage/workshop/mans cave is built for the environment.  It was conceived to be in harmony with the existing residence and was required to be tucked back into the bank by the road side to the south of the dwelling to utilise the least used part of the site.

 

Similar materials were used with barn doors to the central double height bay to accommodate a car hoist requiring additional reinforcing and pad foundations.   A bar, mezzanine floor and fireplace complete the ultimate man cave and workshop fit for any car enthusiast.
